It is very important to receive feedback from agents who have shown your house. This allows us to know if the home is priced correctly and if there are any changes that need to be made to make the home more marketable. A typical agent will call the other agent, leave a voice mail, and hope they call back. If they do get a hold of the showing agent, the typical response is, "which house was that?"

Homefeedback.com eliminates many of these problems. I send an e-mail to the showing agent, which allows them to respond when it's convenient for them. This e-mail has a picture of your home along with the virtual tour to jog the agents memory, so there is no "which house?" excuses. I have found that the response rate is much better using this system.

In addition to receiving responses, the other benefit of this service is your ability to log on at anytime and see the responses. You will receive a unique username and password so you can see the feedback "right from the horses mouth". No more vague or generalized feedback from your agent.
